Branding a New Company
Sarani Tunnelling Expertise
Sarani Tunnelling Expertise is a global consultation firm in the mining and tunnelling industry, but they are new the the market and relatively unique in their business model. This company needed a logo to jumpstart their brand and define them within the tunnelling and mining industry. The firm would be responsible for overseeing projects, consulting on issues, and preforming site visits and inspections of tunnels.
The Concept
The company needed a reliable, authoratative, environmentally friendly and timeless aesthetic. The client also wanted the logo to reflect the industry in an abstract way.
The Process
A repeated circular pattern was implemented to create the illusion of a tunnel, including the segments involved in its construction.
The blue colour palette represents dependability, loyalty, confidence and trust. The geometric form of the chosen typeface, Futura, complements the geometric logo and gives a sense of stability and realiability
Results
Digital mockups showcase the logo's use and how the colours and typeface can translate to other branding elements. The logo was well received and is currently in use on the company website and print materials.
